The General Conditions govern all sales contracts concluded between West in Asia and the Customer through this site and form an integral part of it.

The general contract conditions are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new general conditions of the contract will be effective from the date of publication on the website www.westinasia.com

By placing the purchase order, the Consumer confirms that he has carefully read and accepted all these general conditions of sale and requests that West in Asia proceeds with the execution of the same.

West in Asia allows the Customer to create a personal profile on the Site through which he can easily view recent orders, manage shipping and billing addresses, change the password, and account details. Purchasing and Payment Policy and Procedures

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The information and characteristics relating to the products are available on the Site. The images of the products are placed alongside the descriptive sheets of the latter for the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, for this reason, they are intended as purely indicative and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics: the product may differ in the characteristics of the logo, colors or packaging, as well as in the color, size, accessory products inserted with respect to that shown on the Site. Therefore, in the event of a difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet always prevails.

The information relating to the products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors for which the Site cannot, therefore, be held responsible, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In the event of an error, the Site will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Where the products shown on www.westinasia.com are presented with the words “Sold out”, or “unavailable”, they are considered temporarily unavailable for sale through the Site. However, even where the products are marked as “Available”, please note that the availability itself refers to the actual availability at the time the buyer places the order and must, in any case, be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the Site, more Users, the products could be sold to other customers before confirming the order.

Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this event, West in Asia will promptly notify the Customer and possibly propose an alternative product.

The customer can decide whether to cancel the shipment or confirm it, he can also choose whether to receive the other ordered products available, if it is a multiple order.

In the case of a single product, if the buyer requests the cancellation of the order, by terminating the contract, the Site will fully refund the amount paid by the Customer in the shortest possible time or in any case no later than 7 days from the time the Sito became aware of the buyer’s decision to terminate the contract.

In the case of an order consisting of multiple products, West in Asia will ship the other products ordered, refunding the Customer for the commercial value of the unavailable one.

As an alternative to reimbursement, in the event of cancellation of the order, the Customer may also choose to receive a discount voucher for an amount equal to the value of the unavailable product, to be spent on future purchases on this Site.

PRICE

The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Dollars ($) and include VAT and shipping costs.

The information relating to the products provided through the Site are constantly updated and prices can change at any time. The changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.

In the event of an error in the price, the Site will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing the order to be confirmed at the correct amount or cancellation, but will not be considered responsible, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In any case, there will be no obligation for the Site to supply what is sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.

SHOPPING CART

Once the products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. The Cart is the space in which the products to be purchased are displayed, with a summary of the quantities and their unit cost, VAT included.

For each type of product chosen, the Site provides dedicated buttons with which to decide the quantities to be purchased or eliminate one or more products from the cart, update the cart after making cancellations or changes in quantity, empty the cart completely from all products. content, or finally go back to the home page.

Shipping costs are clearly specified in the product sheet and when completing the order. Customers can at any time check whether the product of their interest requires a contribution to transport costs or not by checking the presence of the appropriate wording Free Shipping.

By submitting the order online, also through its profile registered on the Site, the Customer transmits to West Asia a proposal to purchase the product and/or products included in the cart. When the customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he agrees to purchase the products at the price and terms indicated in these Conditions.

The buyer will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order submission procedure is completed: this will be done by clicking on the button bearing the words “PURCHASE” at the end of the purchase procedure.

The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein: at this point, West in Asia will send the Customer an e-mail of acceptance and confirmation of the order containing the number, date and total amount of the order as well as the method of delivery of the product.

If for any reason, West in Asia is unable to accept the Customer’s order (for one of the cases indicated below), it will immediately communicate it to the Customer via the Site itself.

In particular West in Asia will not accept orders:

  • if the material, at the time of the order, is not available in the warehouse (if the material is not available, it will still not be possible to add it to the cart) and/or
  • if the customer’s credit card issuer does not confirm the payment.

West in Asia nevertheless reserves the right not to accept the order, at its discretion.

Any order made by the Customer will be visible by the Customer in his own purchase area: the same will have the right to modify or cancel the order only if not yet shipped, by sending a communication to info@westinasia.com.

Subsequently, always by email, the customer will be sent the tracking code or shipping code, through which the same can be constantly updated on the status of the shipment.

CUSTOMER DECLARATIONS AND MINOR PROTECTION

The Customer (final consumer and/or professional buyer) declares to be of age and to possess the legal capacity necessary for the signing of a contract having the force of law between the parties and that the information provided at the time of the order is truthful, updated, accurate and sufficient for order fulfillment.

Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized unless under the supervision of an adult family member, to transmit orders via the online order form.

CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers before submitting their orders. The submission of the order, therefore, implies their total knowledge and their full acceptance.

Once the online purchase procedure is concluded, the Customer undertakes to print and keep these general conditions of sale, which have already been viewed and accepted during the purchase process.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Customer can pay for the Products and the relative shipping costs by credit card and PayPal.

At the time of conclusion of the purchase contract, after checking the summary of the order, the customer can confirm the order: at this point, the customer’s browser, in case of payment by credit card or Paypal, will be redirected to the site in charge for payment (for example Paypal) or on the page of the website www.westinasia.com containing the summary data of the order and the parameters necessary to complete the transaction.

To ensure maximum security, the customer will carry out the payment transaction through an encrypted connection with SSL protocol. Drawing Changes/Refund/Replacement orders Policy

The policy of this website is that only in some cases we allow a replacement of the orders and in no cases a money refund.

– We are able to replace any of your orders if any products are: Arrived with Damages, Broken, or if they have some technical printing problems. If any of these conditions occur, take a photo of your orders, and contact us explaining the matter. We will do our best to know you have a smile on your face!

– We are NOT able to replace any of your orders if: You want to change designs after production has been started, or if late shipping occurs, or if you order a product with an untraceable shipping solution and the products have been lost.

– We do not make changes / editing / restyling of a “portraits on request” already delivered. The price of the portraits are intended as a payment for the working hours and a support for the artists.

“Portraits on Request” Rules

We will be happy to accept your request. We would love to draw you, or anyone you love and print it on some gadgets. We even accept specific requests under a specific budget to deal previously.


  1. Choose the Gadgets you want, if any.
  2. Proceed with the Checkout filling and the Payment. The Payment will be NOT refundable.
  3. Send us your photo. It must be frontal, clear, in good resolution.
  4. Consider 1 or 2 week for the production and your Portrait on Request will be already on the way to you.
  5. As said above, no changes, restyling, editing are allowed after the delivery (digital and/or physical).

If you live anywhere else around this beautiful world, be aware we are not responsible for any delay. In some cases shipping will be tracked, in other not, ask us anytime it pleases you. Consider around 2 weeks for US and Europe and 3 weeks for the rest of the world. These estimations are approximate because, unfortunately, in some cases, a delay can occur. Contact us for more specific info for your case.
Consider at least one week more when worldwide public holidays come.

During the Coronavirus emergency, we sometimes encountered significant delays.

It should be noted that the Site is not responsible for unpredictable or unforeseeable delays or for reasons of force majeure.
