HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
– Usually, we take 7 days to complete a digital portrait, starting from the day we receive your pictures.
– Usually, it takes 2/4 days for printing on the product.
– Usually, the shipping takes around 1/2 weeks within the country of production or 3/4 weeks for the rest of the world.
– During the COVID19 Emergency, sometimes, we have experienced some delays. We always do our best to make our service a happy one, choosing, for example, just the best producers and shipping companies.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
– Click on the number of the faces you want us to draw. Then choose the product you want to get and proceed with the payment.
– Place a valid email. We will contact you immediately after with an order confirmation, then you can send us your pictures!
– Send us the right pictures. More clear, more full of details are the photos and better the portraits will be made.
– In normal circumstances, we only draw the faces, including the hairstyles, part of the necks, and upper shoulders for non-commercial purposes.
– For full-body works, commercial requests, more detailed wishes, or customized COMMISSIONS, please contact us directly to figure out the availability

HOW DO I SEND YOU THE PICTURES?
– Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. In there you will find further info. You can also simply use our website module by clicking on here:

SAFE PAYMENTS
– You can choose to pay with Credit Cards or Paypal. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal Website, where you can proceed with the payments using your Paypal credits or any Credit Card.
